We use electrocautery to remove various benign skin lesions such as skin tags, milia, and certain moles. This technique works by using a small, controlled electric current to generate heat. This heat is applied through a fine-tipped device to precisely burn or cut the targeted area with minimal bleeding.
Depending on the type, size, and location of the lesion, other removal methods may also be recommended for the best results.

Cortisone Injection for Acne, Keloids & Scars
Starting at $65
Cortisone injections offer a quick and effective solution for stubborn acne, raised scars, and keloids. This anti-inflammatory treatment works by delivering a small dose of corticosteroid directly into the affected area to reduce inflammation and promote healing.
For deep, cystic acne, results are often seen within 24–48 hours, making it a go-to option before special events. When used on keloids or thickened scars, cortisone helps flatten and soften the tissue over a series of treatments, gradually improving the skin’s texture and appearance.

No, as a medical spa, we do not perform biopsies or send tissue for laboratory testing. Our treatments are intended for cosmetic removal of benign-appearing lesions only. If there is any uncertainty about the nature of your lesion, or if a biopsy is recommended, we will refer you to a dermatologist for further assessment before proceeding.
-
No, we do not diagnose or treat skin cancer. Our services are intended for cosmetic removal of benign-appearing lesions only. If you have a mole or lesion that is changing, irregular, or concerning, we strongly recommend having it assessed by a dermatologist or physician before considering any cosmetic treatment.
-
If our medical professional has any reason to suspect that your lesion may not be benign, we will not proceed with treatment. Your safety is our priority, and you will be advised to have the area assessed by a dermatologist before any cosmetic removal is considered.
This may include lesions that are changing in size, shape, or color, have irregular borders, bleed, itch, or do not heal properly. In these cases, a proper medical evaluation and, if needed, a biopsy are important to rule out any underlying concerns before proceeding with removal.

After your treatment, the area may appear slightly red, raised, or develop a small scab as it heals. This is a normal part of the healing process. Keep the area clean and dry, avoid picking or scratching, and allow any scabbing to fall off naturally to reduce the risk of scarring.
Avoid direct sun exposure and apply SPF daily to protect the skin as it heals. Refrain from using active skincare ingredients (such as retinoids or exfoliating acids) on the treated area until fully healed.
If you experience excessive redness, swelling, discharge, or any signs of infection, please contact us or seek medical advice.
