Booking & Cancellation Policy
All consultations at Meraki Skin Clinic are complimentary. However, when booking online, a $50 + HST deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Your deposit will be applied toward the cost of your treatment on the day of your visit. If you attend your consultation and choose not to proceed with treatment, your deposit can be credited toward a future appointment or fully refunded upon request.
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments leave a space in our providers' schedules that may not be able to be filled by another client. Our cancellation policy is not intended to penalize you, but to protect the time we have reserved for your appointment.
We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
No-shows, as well as a pattern of repeated last-minute cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice, will result in the forfeiture of your $50 + HST booking deposit.
