PRE & POST CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Enhance Safely, Recover Gracefully: Your Guide to Cosmetic Care

GENERAL PRE-TREATMENT GUIDELINES

  1. Avoid Certain Medications and Supplements: Avoid blood-thinning medications (like aspirin, ibuprofen) and supplements (like vitamin E, fish oil, ginkgo biloba) for a week before the treatment, as they can increase the risk of bruising and bleeding.

  2. No Alcohol: for at least 24 hours before the procedure to minimize bruising and swelling.

  3. Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your treatment to support healing and achieve the best results.

  4. Skincare Products: Avoid irritating products (like retinoids, harsh exfoliants, or acids) for a few days before the treatment.

  5. Makeup: It is recommended to arrive at your appointment with clean skin, free of makeup.

  6. Report Health Changes: Inform us of any new medications, recent treatments, or changes in your health before your procedure.

  7. Consultation and Questions: We encourage you to ask any questions and discuss your concerns beforehand so you feel fully informed and comfortable with your treatment.
